• Transfer reservation details to the laboratory’s internal display screen (visible only to staff and without privacy-violating content)
• Send reservation confirmation and notices via Tencent Enterprise Email

Storage Period
• Login and comment data: retained for the period necessary for security and service operation
• Reservation data: retained up to 6 months after completion of the service, then deleted

• Encrypted transmission via Tencent Enterprise Email for reservation data
